Review Summary:

Perhaps the most well-rounded smartwatch to date. It's hard not to fall in love with what the ZenWatch 3 is offering; a beautiful design, great display, excellent performance, and solid hardware all in one.

ASUS has hit the ground running with the launching of their ASUS ZenWatch 2 and now they are going to continue that trend with the all new ASUS ZenWatch 3. Perhaps the most notable difference between the ZenWatch 3 and its predecessor is the change in display shape. The ZenWatch 3 is tryting to match the rising trend of traditional timepiece designs in smartwatches today.

As always, the ASUS ZenWatch 3 is a combination of superior construction materials, great design, good battery life and a new processor. Altogether, this should make the new smartwatch from ASUS a hit to smartwatch consumers.

The ASUS ZenWatch 3 is rocking a 1.39-ich high quality AMOLED display that will instantly amaze you. The display is as good as the ones you can see from Samsung Gear S3 and Apple Watch. In addition to that, there is also a 2-finger touch feature which makes the device easier to use. The multiple-button design also makes the watch more interactive. You can customize it to look like just like a traditional timepiece or change out the display for a different style of your choosing.

The watch contains some serious features and power to make things easier for you. As for the battery, The ZenWatch 3’s battery may not be the best out there but decent. It can last for 1 day with heavy usage or 2 days with light to moderate usage.

The watch is powered by a new Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100 for the Android Wear OS. This new processor is said to consume 25% less battery power than the Snapdragon 400, so battery life should be much better in this model. Also, ASUS offers introduced a new feature in the ZenWatch 3 named Eco Mode. Activating the Eco Mode can be done by clicking the physical button located at the bottom of the watch. This will extend your battery life by over 200% by shutting off networking and notifications functions especially if you don’t want to be disturbed.
