With all the number of wearable techs that’s on the market today, it’s really hard to find which one of them is the best. But you really don’t have to find which one is the best. What you need to do is to find the one that suits your needs. The Garmin Fenix 3 HR is a good example of wearable that can answer most of your needs. It might be very expensive but its high price tag comes with a lot of useful features that you will really enjoy.

The Garmin Fenix 3 HR is an improved version of the Fenix 3. It now packs a built-in optical heart-rate monitor. The watch is certainly big. It looks almost the same with the Fenix 3 with the Fenix 3 HR slightly bigger and thicker. The display is not touchscreen so you need to use the 3 buttons on the left and 2 on the right side of the watch to interact with it. On the right side is where you can find a speaker grille that’s sitting between the two buttons. The build quality of the watch is premium. The body is made from stainless steel, the display is protected with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass and the silicone band is very comfortable on your wrist.

Performance-wise, the watch takes some time to getting used to since the interactions can only be done using the buttons on the left and right side. From here, you can discover that the Garmin Fenix 3 HR can do a lot of things. It can track running, cycling, hiking, rowing, swimming, climbing, triathlon, snow skiing, golfing, trail running and even jumping out of an airplane. That’s certainly a lot of activities!
