- Display and Case: The black nacre dial is what distinguishes the Swiss Legend 20032D-01 from the other pieces in the South Beach Diamonds Collection. The display is encased in Swiss Legend’s own hybrid crystal, Sapphitek, and a polished silver, stainless steel round casing. Its fixed, silver-tone bezel is flamboyantly embellished with 12 diamonds and silver engravings that resemble round baubles. Silver-tone Roman numerals and hands are used for telling time. The Swiss Legend 20032D-01 also has a silver screw-down crown.
- Band: The Swiss Legend 20032D-01 has a black rubber strap which is 16 mm thick. Its length is of typical women’s wrist sizes.
- Movement and Dimensions: This timepiece is made to run on Swiss quartz movement. Its case has the following dimensions: 35 mm in diameter and 10 mm in thickness.

Advantages
Water-Resistant to the Strap
I find it somewhat ironic (and even funny) that some watches would add killer water-resistance features when, for illustration purposes, the strap is made out of leather. Luckily, the Swiss Legend 20032D-01 didn’t follow suit. Its rubber watch strap is a great partner to its 10ATM water-resistance. Of course, this is still not a diver’s watch, but then again, this is definitely much better than having a leather strap.
A Black Swan
I just love how the Swiss Legend 20032D-01 stands out with its black nacre dial, as I’ve seen too many of the white, chameleon-like types, especially in dress watches that try to double as sports watches. This timepiece is as beautiful as Natalie Portman’s character in her acclaimed 2010 movie, Black Swan.
Disadvantages
- One of the modifications that can be done to make the Swiss Legend 20032D-01 even more opulent is either setting in more diamonds on the bezel, or bigger ones. This will make the studs appear more sparkly, and enhance the black mother of pearl. These elements will compensate for the “plain-ness” of the black rubber strap.
