I heard that magnesium malate doesn’t feed candida because its in a acid form, the citrate is more alkaline which I was taking. one afternoon I took 1500mg I opened up the capsules and boy with in minutes I felt like superman. about two hours later. I got a bit fatigued and tired, so I now know it was the magnesium citrate feeding the beast. I’m going to try the malate and do the Epson salt baths, because I know how important this mineral is to the body!! good health to all
